Caritas
Caritas Aotearoa New Zealand is the Catholic Bishop's Agency for justice, peace, and development. Caritas is working on behalf of the New Zealand Catholics Bishops for a world free of poverty and injustice.
Their Mission:
Caritas Aotearoa New Zealand will be known as love in action. They will unite communities, especially in parishes, colleges, marae, religious orders and schools in Aotearoa. Caritas will untie them to overcome poverty, protect lives and to calm the ones from suffering.
Their vision is to approve lives of dignity and hope by erasing injustice and poverty. Caritas Aotearoa New Zealand is inspired and guided by the Gospels of Jesus and Catholic social teaching.

Two things I will remember about what I have learnt is that Caritas, they unite communities to overcome poverty, protect lives and calm the ones from suffering. Secondly, they want to approve lives of dignity and hope by erasing poverty in Aotearoa.
