Maths Reflection

Maths Reflection

This week I have been working on my Maths goal in Maths Hub. My maths goal is: To identify common factors of pairs of numbers to 100, including the highest common factor.

Two things I will remember about a common factor is how 6x2= 12, that means that 6 and 2 are the common factors of 12. The other factors of 12 are: 1x12=12 and 4x3=12.
This is how to find the common multiples of 3 and 4:
As you can see, you can make 12 with 3 and 4. That is one common multiple. The other multiple is 24 because 3x8=24 and 4x6=24. So that 12 and 24 are the common multiples of 3 and 4.
