STEM Reflection
On Tuesday this week, my whanau class did a STEM workshop. STEM stands for science, technology, engineering and maths. Our workshop was a challenge and that challenge was to make the the tallest tower. For our tower, we needed to make it tall but to also make it stable or it won't stand up properly. The tower also had to hold a golf ball for 2 minutes long. The equipments were, 50 straws, 50 pipe cleaners and 25 paper clips. In my group, I had Erin, Mila and Sara and we won with a 22cm tower. You girls worked so well together and your collaboration meant you were successful in your task. Great problem solving too!
