My Reflection End Of The Year

My Reflection

This year I’ve had so many opportunities and it was the best year I’ve had in Saint Mary’s. I’ve had many challenges and many awesome and fun activities such as Camp and Athletics. Something I have improved on is reflecting which I am really proud of. I have learnt to project my voice to an audience in the speech competitions and that was an amazing opportunity.  In OPS I have really improved in my problem solving skills and I went to Bay Maths which was really awesome. In Maths I have learnt the common factors up to a hundred. Also in my maths families, we were focusing on decimals and collaborating together.
I have really done well on Athletics for going through to South Cluster and then going to Western Bay.
One of the most remarkable highlights of the year was Camp. As a year 6, I had more activities and challenges too. My favourite activity was the foam slide.
This year I had an excellent time and I will always treasure these memories forever.

Healthy Hearts Reflection

Healthy Hearts

Term 4 Week 4 Monday

Morning Tea:
• A Mandarin
• Yogurt
• A Mixed Berries Muesli bar
Lunch:
• Sausages
For Morning Tea I think that the Mandarin is the healthiest becuase it is a fruit and we should always be eatin more fruit and vegetables than any other type of food. Yogurt is very good too because yogurt has good bacteria and we need that good bacteria. Secondly yogurt is made out of milk and milk contains a very high quality of protein. There are many other nutriens like calcium and vitamin B-12 in the yogurt. The Mixed Berries muesli bar I think is also good too because it has dried fruit which contains carborhydrate and fibre.
For lunch I had sausages and they were good for protein, vitamin B-12 and Iron.
